I am a third generation mechanical professional. On my 12th birthday, my father opened the doors to his mechanical company in Vernon, TX. After more than 20 years, I have been involved in every aspect of the industry including field work, management, estimation, sales and marketing. 

I began my career as an apprentice for our family company, working summers and after school. Living in a small farm and ranch community taught me the values and work ethic needed in life. It also allowed me to not only work large commercial, industrial and new construction projects, but residential and service work as well. Later, I realized that a great sustainable career was in my future.

I left the family business for Wichita Falls, TX in 2001. There, I worked as a journeyman plumber on several large projects while also performing service work between phases. I gained extensive knowledge from each project which, in turn, created new opportunities for the future.

After several years in the field, I was hired as a project estimator for largest and best mechanical company in Wichita Falls.  During my time at this position, my responsibilities varied. Not only did I handle day to day plumbing and mechanical estimates, I also managed each project, made sales calls, and helped reinvent the business development program there. I learned what it takes to bring a company to the next level. 

In 2014, I was offered a position to manage a company in Denver, CO. My love for the outdoors and especially the mountains quickly erased any hesitation I had about relocation. I quickly learned the culture for this company and began taking steps to transform it into a market leader in commercial service. This included creating a sales program to fit the company needs and restructuring the estimating process for efficiency. I left the company poised for sustainable growth. 

Now, after gaining years of experience and a wealth of industry knowledge, I decided to offer these skills to you, the business owner. I’ve learned that outsourcing your estimation or business development needs greatly increases the efficiency and productivity for a mechanical company. I offer the opportunity to concentrate on the core values of your organization and not worry as much about day to day tasks. I also keep my client list small, which allows me to focus on building your business.
